Did you know that you’re supposed to change your toothbrush every 3 months? If you’re like most people, that’s probably a surprise, as you’ve been using the same dirty old brush for the last year!
Even if that’s a bit of a stretch for you and you’re better about changing it and even cleaning it than most people are, chances are you’re still not changing your brush often enough or you’re still missing out on some of these top reasons for changing your toothbrush and tips for keeping it clean.
